Important Warranty Information:

You must register your meters serial number on this website http://www.satherometers.com/ within 10 days of receipt and register where you purchased the meter from. (ie Cdtronix or one of our UK dealers) You will then be entitled to 1 year return to base (Cdtronix) warranty for the meter. We will only offer warranty services, meter support & software downloads for SatHero SH-200 meters that have been purchased from us or our UK dealers & that have had the serial number submitted to the SatHero meters website.  Our meters will display "SatHerometers.com" on the splash screen when it boots up, if your meter doesnt display this then its not one of ours!  If your serial number has not been registered then we cannot offer you any support for it. When you contact us for meter support, we will check that your serial number matches our database.
