These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Please note that different terms (including prices, delivery charges, delivery times and returns policies) may apply to purchases made in our store.
All items on our website are sold on the understanding they are used in the correct way in the correct geographical regions i.e. territories. It is your responsibility to insure you abide by this rule. We will not tolerate supplied viewing cards being used in illegal cloning or multiple sharing, if we find supplied cards to be involved in illegal viewing we will terminate the subscription and inform the relevant law enforcement agencies of your purchase. Please also note that Cdtronix Communications will not be held responsible for changes in broadcast content, loss of channels or broadcasters going into administration or any form of lost viewing. By purchasing any viewing cards you abide to these strict rules of sale.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in by e-mail . Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
We will confirm stock availability & delivery charges before we confirm your order and process payment.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit our store Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. but delivery charges may vary (all delivery charges are added before your final chance to accept the transaction)
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus delivery. Any additional services you require (e.g. installation) can be provided at an additional cost where available.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss your order and offer any alternative.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via Paypal who handles our transactions. Payment is deducted when we process and despatch your order. All items remain the property of Cdtronix Communications until payment is received and cleared in full.
Sky HD Receivers & our Recycle Options
All of our Sky HD receivers that are sold on our website are refurbished receivers unless otherwise stated. We supply a full 1 year return to base warranty on these items. If you purchase a replacement Sky HD box from us using the "Recycle your old Sky HD box option" then you have 7 days to return your old sky hd box back to us from date of receipt of the replacement box. If however you do not return back to us your old Sky HD box, or later than 7 days then we reserve the right to charge your payment method any discounted fees you saved by choosing this option plus a £10 admin fee to cover any lost postage fees we may incurr from the result of you not using the label that we provided free of charge. This option is also only valid for Amstrad Sky+ HD receivers. Any other models returned back to us other than stated then charges as above may be applicable.
Restrictions - Age Requirements and Limits on Orders
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement which for this website is 18 years and above, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made with JMP Satellite Solutions Ltd if so details can be given in the notes section of your order you can also request a delivery address here and we will notify you if there are any problems. All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our charge depends on the type of product ordered we try our best to despatch all orders in the specified period shown with the product in the checkout. You usually only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order two or more products which fall into different categories, a higher charge may apply
There are additional charges if you choose a premium delivery service, (i.e. Saturday delivery)
How we Deliver
Products are generally delivered either by APC Courier, FED EX or by Royal Mail.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay nevertheless all goods will be delivered within 30 days. This includes delivery to the Scottish islands, Channel Islands or a European Country.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, if you do not receive all your products please call or e-mail to confirm they have been dispatched. All damaged goods must be notified to us as soon as reasonably possible. Always signed for goods as unchecked.
If you are not happy with something you bought or have simply changed your mind after purchase, we'll take it back as long as it is within 14 days of when you received it and it is not a custom made item or a subscription viewing card. This is providing that the item has been unopened or not used in any way.
If it's brand new and unopened, we'll give you a full refund* The only times we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete.
- Please contact us to request an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without this.
You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned back to us (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
*If the item you are returning for a refund was purchased using a FREE SHIPPING offer, then we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from the refund.
Pre-paid smart cards should be returned in the sealed package sent in and are only accepted unactivated. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- Items sent back without a valid RMA number
- Items sent back to us after 14 days of delivery
- there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services (this would include, e.g. pre paid smart cards or cams as once they have been activated they are no longer any use to anyone else
- the warranty seal has been broken on any item
- the goods were a special order built to your specification.
- Items have been clearly used or damaged.
Return of Faulty Goods within Warranty
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period which starts from the delivery date you must return the products back to us (Buyer is responsible for return postage costs) & we will offer a prompt repair service. If we are unable to repair your product we will replace with a like for like product to the same value. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 21 days of delivery. We will also pay for our costs of returning goods for replacement under warranty if they are not taken into a store. (This applies to UK addresses only) Replacement goods are returned by courier / special delivery.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. please check your insurance policys for relative cover. Our warranty also exlcudes SKY HD Remote controls, batteries and HDMI Leads. (30 days warranty included only)
If a pre- paid smart card is faulty, we will happily exchange it for the same type or refund your money. We have no control if the channel broadcasters change there subscription packages or rights to view certain channels please note that this MUST be taken up with the channel providers and not us.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by United Kingdom law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Cdtronix Communications website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
